A candidate applies on your careers site. In Cockpit a candidate appears with an application on the right job, in the status you choose. Name, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. Extra questions from your form arrive as a note on the application.
Your consultants see the candidate in their own work list and carry on as always.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every candidate the source goes to Cockpit as a tracking field: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from.
In your Cockpit reporting you then see per channel how many applications became a placement. That number decides where your budget goes.
