Applications land directly in Recruitee
A candidate fills in the form on your careers site. Within a minute they are a candidate in Recruitee, linked to the job they applied for. Name, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. Extra questions you ask per audience arrive as a note on the profile.
The candidate gets a confirmation from your site. Your recruiters see the new candidate in their pipeline and carry on as usual.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every candidate we send the source: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from. In Recruitee you see it as source and as a tag on the profile.
After a month you know how many applications each channel produced and how many of those became an interview. That is the number you split your budget on.
Jobs from Recruitee appear on your site automatically
Your site reads your published jobs from Recruitee: title, text, location, department and tags. Departments and tags become attributes visitors filter on. New jobs appear within fifteen minutes, closed jobs disappear on their own.
Want a different title or a short intro on your site? You change that per field locally, without touching Recruitee.
What you need
- An API token from Recruitee (Settings, Apps and plugins, Personal API tokens).
- Your company ID from Recruitee.
- A choice of which departments or tags may appear on the site.
That is all. You enter the token in the source connection and start the first sync with one button.
