Your careers site connected to Homerun
Jobs from Homerun on your own site, in your own brand. Every application lands in Homerun on the job, with the channel it came from.
Applications land directly in Homerun
A candidate applies on your careers site. Shortly after, they are in Homerun as a new candidate on the right job, in the first column of your pipeline. Name, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. Extra questions from your form arrive as answers on the profile.
The candidate only sees your site. The form is in your brand and asks what you need per audience.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every candidate the source comes along: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from. In Homerun you see that source on the profile and in the overview.
After a month you know which channel delivered the candidates who got an interview, and which channel only brought volume.
Jobs from Homerun appear on your site automatically
Your site reads your published jobs from Homerun: title, text, location, department and employment type. Those fields become attributes visitors filter on. A new job is on your site within fifteen minutes, a closed job disappears on its own.
A different title on the site, or a short intro above it? You change that per field locally, Homerun stays the source.
