Your ATS manages candidates. Your careers site has to bring them in.

Recruitee, Homerun and AFAS ship a careers page with the ATS. Tied to their domain, form and tracking. We put a site in front, on your domain. Your ATS stays.

  • Your ATS stays
  • You pay when you go live

Sometimes the site from your ATS is simply enough.

Stay where you are if one of these is you.

  • You have few jobs, one audience, all office roles.
  • Your careers site is mostly your business card, and nobody asks you what it brings in.
  • You have no ATS yet and are choosing one. Pick your ATS first. We connect afterwards.

Is your careers site on your domain, or on your ATS's domain?

Check in your browser. Your visitor clicks "Careers" on yourcompany.com and lands on yourcompany.recruitee.com. Different site, different cookies, different analytics. Recruitee and Teamtailor say in their own help centres that an address like yourcompany.com/careers is not possible with them. Everything that page builds up in Google value and visitor data sits on an address that is not yours. Switch ATS in two years and it moves with it, or it is gone.

Second point: the visitor declines cookies, as they should, and disappears from your reports. Homerun says it themselves: without analytics cookies, Insights shows no page views and no sources. The cleaner your GDPR compliance, the less you see.

Aspect Careers site from your ATS Exenzo
Where your site lives On the vendor's subdomain, sometimes your own subdomain. A path on your main domain is not possible with Recruitee or Teamtailor. On careers.yourcompany.com. On a path of your main domain when we manage the site.
Where your jobs come from Straight from the ATS. That is their strongest point. From your ATS, automatically: Recruitee, Homerun, AFAS, Bullhorn, Carerix, OTYS, MySolution, RecruitNow, Emply. Or from any feed.
What Google sees Usually job data per job. Every job gets the data Google asks for. Expired jobs drop out of Google automatically.
The application form The ATS's form. Changes within what the vendor allows. You decide what the form asks. Every application lands in your ATS, with the source attached.
A change Within what the vendor offers. Custom work, rarely. You ask in the chat, approve the proposal, and it goes live.
Upkeep and updates Included. Included in the plan.
What you measure Client-side, only for visitors who accept cookies. Applications are counted server-side, whatever the cookie choice. Without consent, nothing third-party loads.
What it costs a month Part of your ATS subscription. A second site for a second brand or audience is often a second subscription or a paid add-on. From €89 a month, on top of your ATS. Trial site is free.

More budget multiplies your leak.

Say you spend €10,000 on Indeed and Google at one euro a click. That is 10,000 clicks. At the market median of 6.13%, that is about 610 applicants. Without a barrier in the form, Appcast measures 19.37%: over 1,900. Same budget, three times the applicants. Fixing the route multiplies every euro you already spend.

What you are probably thinking.

"Our ATS already has analytics."

About what happens on their address, for the visitors who accepted cookies. What you do not see: the route from your own site to the job, and a complete count. We count applications server-side, whatever the cookie choice. Put the two side by side for a month.

"Then we have two systems."

Your ATS stays the system for candidates. The site is the channel in front of it. Jobs come from your ATS automatically, and every application lands back in your ATS, with the source the candidate came from.

Koen, founder of Exenzo

You're talking to the person who builds the software.

I'm Koen. I've been building Exenzo since 2014, from Zeist. For years I watched employers pay for small technical changes to their careers site. So I built it so you ask for those in the chat, without a quote. A demo is half an hour with me, not a sales script. If I think Exenzo isn't right for you, I'll say so in that half hour.

Tomorrow your trial site is ready, with the jobs from your ATS.

We connect your ATS and set up the site. You check whether it is right. You pay when you go live.

Three questions we often get.

Do I have to switch ATS?

No. We connect Recruitee, Homerun, AFAS, Bullhorn, Carerix, OTYS, MySolution, RecruitNow and Emply. Your system not on the list? Any feed or API works.

Where do the applications end up?

In your ATS, on the right job, with the source the candidate came from.

Why pay for something my ATS gives me for free?

Because the free part sits on their address, uses their form, and stops measuring the moment someone says no to cookies. If that does not bother you, stay where you are.
