What does a change cost once the site is live?
Nothing extra. Changes through the editor and the assistant are included in every plan. Only custom code (Premium) is done by your own developer or through our development hours.
What happens after the 14 free days if I'm not ready to go live?
Your trial environment stays up. We look together at whether you want to go live: if so, your plan starts the day your site goes live. If not, we remove the trial environment. You pay nothing until your site is live.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly, quarterly (5% off) or yearly (20% off); you can switch terms during your subscription. Campaign is the exception: it's billed quarterly.
Where do applications arrive if I don't have an ATS?
In your site's application manager, with an email per application to the address you set. There you see each candidate's status and reply from the system. You can connect an ATS later.
Can I use a different form per audience?
Yes. Per audience page you decide what the form asks: three fields for drivers, a CV and two questions for office roles. The form follows the audience, not the other way round.
How do I connect careers.mycompany.com?
You connect your own domain with a DNS verification; the SSL certificate is created and renewed automatically. Until the connection is live, the system checks your domain every 5 minutes.
How fast does a new vacancy appear on my site?
Vacancies from your source appear, change and disappear automatically. In a hurry? One button starts a direct sync. Sync history is visible per run in the admin.
What happens to candidates' data?
It sits on separate, shielded storage and is visible only to your admins. After the application is closed it's cleaned up automatically under the GDPR; keeping it longer needs the candidate's consent.
What if the assistant proposes something I don't want?
Then you don't approve it and nothing happens. You see every proposal first as a draft next to your current page. Only what you approve goes live, and you can restore any earlier version.
Can I switch styles later?
Yes. You start from one of three style directions and adjust whenever you want.
Do I need a separate ATS as a small team?
No. Applications arrive in your own admin, with a status flow per candidate and email from the system. Candidate data sits on dedicated, shielded storage with automatic clean-up.
What if I want to leave after a year?
Then you cancel, monthly. Your domain is yours, so it comes with you, and you export your vacancies and candidate data from the admin. There's no minimum term, except for Campaign, which runs per quarter.
