This page describes the general terms and conditions that EXENZO applies to all its offers, agreements, and services. By using our services, you agree to the provisions below.
1. Applicable terms
This agreement replaces all prior agreements (oral and/or written) between the parties. The EXENZO General Terms and Conditions apply to the agreement.
EXENZO uses the ICT~Office Terms (2009), filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Midden-Nederland under number 30174840. The following modules of the ICT~Office Terms apply to all offers and agreements:

- Module 02. Software development
- Module 03. Hardware maintenance
- Module 04. Application Service Provision
- Module 05. Website development and maintenance
- Module 09. Consultancy and Project Management
- Module 10. Other services
These terms can be read on exenzo.com or requested by email via support@exenzo.com. The Dutch version is binding.
2. Amendments
Amendments to the agreement can only be agreed upon in writing and, after mutual consent, expressly form part of the agreement.
3. Partial invalidity
If one or more provisions of the agreement are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The parties undertake to replace any non-binding provision with one that is binding and that, in light of the purpose and intent of the agreement, deviates as little as possible from the non-binding provision.
4. Exclusion of rescission and annulment
The right to rescind the agreement, other than in the cases set out in this agreement, as well as the right to annul the agreement, is excluded by the parties.
5. Governing law
This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law.
6. Competent court
All disputes arising from or in connection with the agreement will be settled exclusively by the competent court in the Breda district.
