Applications land directly in AFAS
A candidate fills in the form on your careers site. Through an UpdateConnector we create an applicant in AFAS Profit, linked to the job. Name, address, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. Extra questions you ask arrive as free fields or as a note.
Your recruiters see the applicant in InSite and finish the process there. The candidate notices nothing of AFAS; they only see your site and your form.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every applicant we send the source in a free field: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from. In AFAS you build a report on it.
After a month you see per channel the number of applicants and who got an interview. That number decides where your budget goes.
Jobs from AFAS appear on your site automatically
Your site reads your published jobs through a GetConnector: title, text, branch, department, job group and employment type. Those fields become attributes visitors filter on. A new job is on your site within fifteen minutes, a closed job disappears on its own.
A different title or an intro on the site? You change that per field locally, Profit stays the source.
What you need
- An app connector in AFAS with a token and your environment number.
- A GetConnector for jobs (we supply the definition).
- Rights on the UpdateConnector for applicants.
Your AFAS administrator spends half an hour on it. After that you enter the token in the source connection and start the first sync.
