A candidate applies on your careers site. Shortly after, they are in Emply as a candidate on the right job, in the first step of your process. Name, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. Extra questions from your form arrive as fields on the profile.
The candidate only sees your site. Your recruiters see the candidate in Emply and carry on as usual.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every candidate the source comes along: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from. In Emply you see that source on the profile and in the statistics.
After a month you know which channel delivered the candidates who got an interview, and which channel only brought volume.
Jobs from Emply appear on your site automatically
Your site reads your published jobs: title, text, location, department and employment type. Those fields become attributes visitors filter on. A new job is on your site within fifteen minutes, a closed job disappears on its own.
What you need
- An API key from Emply (Settings, Integrations).
- A choice of which departments may appear on the site.
