Applications land directly in OTYS
A candidate applies on your careers site. Through the OTYS web services a candidate appears with an application on the right job, in the status you choose. Name, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. Extra questions from your form arrive as a note on the application.
Your consultants see the candidate in their own work list and carry on as always.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every candidate the source goes to OTYS: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from.
In your OTYS reporting you then see per channel how many applications became a placement. That number decides where your budget goes.
Jobs from OTYS appear on your site automatically
Your site reads your published jobs: title, text, city, sector, hours and employment type. Those fields become attributes visitors filter on. A new job is on your site within fifteen minutes, a closed job disappears on its own. Even with hundreds of jobs.

- A choice of which branches or sectors may appear on the site.
- The status a new application should get.
