Your careers site connected to Bullhorn
Jobs from Bullhorn on your own site. Every application lands as a candidate with a job submission in Bullhorn, with the channel it came from.
Applications land directly in Bullhorn
A candidate applies on your careers site. In Bullhorn a candidate appears with a job submission on the right job order, in the status you choose. Name, email, phone, CV and motivation come along. If the candidate already exists by email address, the existing profile gets the submission.
Your consultants see the candidate in their own list and carry on as always.
You see per channel which applications make it to selection
With every candidate the source goes into Bullhorn's source field: the campaign, job board or search engine they came from.
In your Bullhorn reporting you then see per channel how many submissions became a placement. For an agency that is the only number that counts.
Jobs from Bullhorn appear on your site automatically
Your site reads your open job orders: title, text, city, category and employment type. Those fields become attributes visitors filter on. A new job order is on your site within fifteen minutes, a closed order disappears on its own. Even with hundreds of jobs.
